Ingredients:

1 Package of Joseph’s Lavash Bread

1 1/2 cans of Lucky Leaf Apple Pie Filling

1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts

1/2 Cup of Splenda Brown Sugar

3 tablespoons of butter

1/2 cup of Walden Farms Maple Syrup

6 eggs ( or egg substitute)

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

1/2 cup of Carbquik

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 cups of Mimic crème

1 package of cream cheese

Directions:

Heat up a large griddle to 350

Beat eggs, Carbquik, Mimic crème, salt, and cinnamon together until mixed well.

Dip in a sheet of  lavash and place on the griddle. Once golden brown, flip.

Place in the bottom of a casserole dish.

Mix softened cream cheese, apples and nuts.

Place a layer over the lavash bread. Repeat until ending with a lavash sheet.

Melt butter and brown sugar. Mix well. Spread over the top of the lavash bread and bake until golden.

*Serve with Syrup

Veggie Cakes

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of butter
2 stalks celery, chopped (1 cup)
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped ( 1 cup)
1 medium orange bell pepper, chopped (1 cup)
1 medium yellow onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
2 cups fresh baby spinach, chopped
1 cup of Carbquik
2 eggs
¾ salt
¼ teaspoon spepper
1 cup of Bella Vita Pasta Sauce, warmed ( Any Flavor)

Directions:

In 12-inch nonstick skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Cook the veggies 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until crisp-tender. Add spinach; cook and stir 1-2 minutes until wilted. Cool Slightly. In a medium size bowl, stir Carbquik and eggs. Add vegetables, salt and pepper; stir well. In a greased pan on medium-high heat, pour ¼ of the batter; flatten slightly with spatula. Cook until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes on each side. Serve with pasta sauce.

4 cups fresh blueberries
2/3 Splenda brown sugar
1/2 cup Carbquik
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/3 cup margarine or butter
