Weight Loss Plateau Breakers

Our program is extremely effective for getting you results on a continuing basis.  If individuals are following the program “by the book” they will experience weight plateaus very infrequently.  Nonetheless, this does happen on virtually any program and can be a great source of frustration.  IF you feel that you are looking for some ways to have a breakthrough, we recommend trying one or two of the suggestions in featured here during the next week or two.  Make sure to review your 7 “F” Habits sheet to see if you are really following things correctly and precisely before proceeding to any of these suggestions.  As always, talk to your coach to see what the best course of action might be for you.
