Mend A Body Blueberry Crisp

4 cups fresh blueberries

2/3 Splenda brown sugar

1/2 cup Carbquik

1/2 cup old fashioned oats

1/3 cup margarine or butter

3/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Arrange blueberries in an ungreased square baking dish, 8×8x2. Mix Splenda brown sugar, Carbquik, oats, margarine, cinnamon, and sprinkle over top of blueberries. Bake until topping is lightly brown and blueberries are hot, about 30 minutes. Serve warm with sugar free cool whip or only 8 ice cream. Optional recipe in fall, use 4 cups of sliced tart apples ( about 4 medium) to make Apple Crisp

I am definately trying this one you can replace the blueberries with any fruit and it looks as though it would be delicious.
